在廚房內發生的勞動即展演。
牆上有著隨時間推移而堆積的油漬，而油，在這場行動中幻化為即時的軌跡，
成為與其他介面接觸時的中介物。滑滑的質地正在滾動、搖擺、摩擦，
在失去平衡之中一遍又一遍試圖找到著力的點。
The labor that takes place in the kitchen is performance.
The walls in the kitchen are stained with oil that accumulates over time. And the oil in this performance, transforms into an immediate trajectory. It becomes an intermediary in contact with other interfaces. The slippery texture is rolling, wobbling and rubbing.
The body is trying over and over again to find the point of application in the midst of the constant loss of balance.
